I was hired to take the existing Gift Locally site and improve the usability and technical stability. As new features and functionality has been requested, I worked with the Gift Locally team to design and implement these in an agile manner.
The biggest success with this project was reducing the page load time significantly, keeping users on the site longer, and reducing frustration on slower networks.
